Business Media Central Asia signed the Memorandum of Cooperation with Astana Invest

On March 18, 2021 the City’s Centre for Investment Development “Astana Invest” LLP and “Business Media Central Asia” LLP – the Organizer of Automechanika Astana and Futuroad Expo Astana – signed the Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at the development of MICE industry in Nur-Sultan.

The document was signed by Yerzhan Baltayev, the Chairman of the Board of the City’s Centre for Investment Development “Astana Invest” LLP, and Alexey Matveev, the Director of “Business Media Central Asia” LLP.

Many questions were deliberated during the meeting including the prospects of forums and events organization in Nur-Sultan, the impact on the international exhibitions caused by the pandemic and a new hybrid format of the business events. The parties also discussed tools for promotion and development of MICE tourism in Kazakhstan and abroad by organizing international exhibitions such as Automechanika Astana and Futuroad Expo Astana that will take place in Nur-Sultan on May 13–15, 2021.

Nur-Sultan Convention Bureau is the main organization for planning, development and promotion of the tourism industry, operating in the structure of the City’s Centre for Investment Development “Astana Invest” of Nur-Sultan Akimat. Such cooperation will allow opening the new prospects for the capital of Kazakhstan and making it an even more attractive platform for holding MICE events.
