The official opening ceremony was held in the morning and gathered important guests and representatives of the automotive industry of Kazakhstan.The ceremony was attended by honored guests and organizers, such as Deputy Mayor of Astana Yerlan Bekmurzaev, Vice Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerzhan Erkinbaev, Vice President of Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH Michael Johannes, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" Murat Amrin, Head of the Automotive, Special Equipment and Agricultural Engineering Department of the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ruslan Khisamutdinov, General Director of the Union of Transport and Logistics Organizations and Associations KAZLOGISTICS Yerlan Absatov, Chairman of the Board of JSC “National Company “QazExpoCongress” Daulet Erkimbaev, Director of the exhibition company Business Media Central Asia Alexei Matveev.
In his speech, Deputy Mayor of Astana Y. Bekmurzaev noted that Automechanika is of great importance for the city, as it brings together professionals and entrepreneurs from different countries to discuss the latest innovations and solutions in the automotive and transport industry.
R. Khisamutdinov, head of the automotive, special equipment and agricultural engineering department of the MIIR RK, in turn, said that the government of Kazakhstan sets serious indicators for the third five-year period before the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development.
By 2025, the machine-building and manufacturing industries should grow: the export volume will almost double, the real growth in labor productivity will increase by 1.6 times, and investment in fixed assets will grow by 1.6 times.
Michael Johannes, head of the world's largest exhibition company Messe Frankfurt Exhibition, said that Automechanika is not only a place to present new developments and technologies, but also a platform for the exchange of experience and knowledge between its exhibitors. He expressed confidence that the exhibition will become a platform for creating new partnerships and cooperation between companies and industry representatives.
